2025-08-04 │ Secretariat’s Office CHU achieved remarkable results in the 2025 QS Asian University Rankings, reaching 384th internationally, ranking 27th in Taiwan and 11th among private universities, demonstrating the achievements of internationalization development and higher education transformation. CHU actively promotes small-class refined teaching and diverse international exchanges, performing excellently in evaluation categories such as "Inbound Exchange Students" and "International Student Ratio," successfully enhancing international visibility and educational competitiveness.

CHU President Victor Liu pointed out that facing the challenge of declining birth rates, the school creates a learning environment that equips students with global adaptability through strengthening bilingual teaching, overseas cooperation, and cross-cultural exchange. This entry and significant leap in the QS Asian rankings is the result of joint efforts by faculty and students and the effectiveness of international strategies.

To expand students' global perspectives and practical experience, CHU actively encourages students to participate in the Ministry of Education's Study Abroad overseas exchange programs, going to countries such as Japan, Australia, Spain, Thailand, and Malaysia for internships and exchange learning, shaping students' diverse development and international mobility. Meanwhile, the campus continues to promote EMI (English-Medium Instruction) courses, enhancing students' language abilities and international workplace competitiveness. The number of international students and exchange students from various countries increases annually, making the campus atmosphere increasingly diverse, allowing students to experience international interaction locally.

CHU focuses on small-class teaching, combined with professionally-oriented courses and international certification standards, committed to providing a high-quality learning environment. The College of Management has obtained international AACSB accreditation, and departments in the College of Information and Electrical Engineering and the College of Architecture and Design have also passed IEET professional certification, demonstrating teaching strength and professional recognition. Additionally, the university leverages its geographical advantage near Hsinchu Science Park to deepen industry-academia cooperation, promoting internship systems and corporate mentor programs, allowing students to move from classrooms into industry, bridging the gap between learning and application.
