CHU President Victor Liu of Chung Hua University stated that the university has previously cultivated many undergraduate and doctoral graduates from Indonesia, maintaining long-standing relationships with Indonesia. He expressed gratitude that the governor and president personally came to Taiwan and chose to collaborate with CHU in cultivating talents needed by today's society to promote industrial development. As the private university closest to Hsinchu Science Park, CHU ensures that every student becomes familiar with AI tools, learns their applications, and obtains certifications. Beyond academic performance, the university particularly emphasizes students' moral education, having received the "Northern Region Moral Education Characteristic School" award from the MOE for nine consecutive years. CHU has long-established connections with Hsinchu Science Park enterprises, introducing industry resources to help students with internships and employment. He believes that Indonesian students who come to study at the university will certainly enrich themselves in the quality teaching environment and become talent favored by enterprises after graduation, contributing to society!
Governor Erzaldi Rosman Djohan of Bangka-Belitung Province pointed out that it's well known that attending university in Indonesia is very expensive, and for many families, the burden of studying in Taiwan is relatively lighter. Additionally, Taiwan's successful development in technology and tourism industries makes Indonesians highly willing and eager to come to Taiwan. Regarding religious beliefs, he thanked CHU for being willing to establish a "prayer room" for students to worship and provide "halal food" to meet students' needs. He hopes that Taiwan can promote "halal certification" across various regions and industries in the future, which would not only attract more students to Taiwan but also draw more Indonesian tourists for sightseeing.

President Wendi Usino of Institut Sains dan Bisnis Atma Luhur stated that his school is renowned for professional education in information technology and business fields and is committed to cultivating graduates with practical abilities. This characteristic coincides perfectly with CHU, making the choice to collaborate with CHU absolutely correct. In the future, he hopes students and even faculty from both universities will have more research and exchange in the AI field. This MOU signing is just the first step of cooperation, and after returning to Indonesia, he will also share cooperation experiences with local school principals, allowing more students interested in coming to Taiwan to gain opportunities for international exchange and broadening their horizons.

CHU's College of Tourism received recognition from Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in November last year with its "Smart Tourism and EMI" (English as a Medium of Instruction) program, with 9 elite teachers selected to come to Taiwan for training, making it one of only two universities in Taiwan selected as training locations. The university hopes that through frequent exchange and interaction, both sides can promote educational development and international exchange, enhance the competitiveness of future national pillars, and create win-win situations for higher education and industry!
