CHU is the closest private university to Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan. In order to help students find high-paying jobs in the park after graduation, CHU has implemented a "explore, analyze, practice, intern" learning path. From their freshman to senior year, students are arranged to visit and intern at Hsinchu Science Park, gradually guiding their learning and finally helping them to find high-paying jobs in the park.

CHU is the first to launch the "Deep Cultivation Park Scholarship". Students who meet the requirements can receive a scholarship of NT$15,000 per semester (up to NT$60,000). They will also be given priority for recommendation to internships and employment in related industries in the park. This will help CHU students to be forward-looking and future-oriented, and to have excellent workplace competitiveness!

Tzu-Ting Tsai, currently a senior engineer at AUO, studied optoelectronics from undergraduate to graduate school. She has won the bronze medal at the "Malaysia MTE International Invention Award", the second place in the "Cross-domain Innovation Competition - Smart Life" in the school, and several scholarships for academic excellence! Tzu-Ting Tsai said that CHU provides students with abundant resources. She also seized these opportunities to try different things and understand her future goals at an early stage, so that she can move forward more firmly in her career development. She encourages her younger students to have the ability to discover and solve problems, to be proactive in learning and create their own value. She also encourages them to maintain a humble attitude to help themselves be more well-rounded and perfect in their work!

Hao-Lun Weng, who just graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering in the 111 academic year , was introduced to Yida Construction for an internship through CHU in his senior year. Because of his outstanding performance, he was appreciated by the company and was directly hired as a field engineer after graduation. He is currently responsible for the F20P1 full-set pile foundation engineering of TSMC's fab construction in Hsinchu Science Park. Hao-Lun Weng's biggest gain during his studies was the opportunity to go to the workplace early to understand the work through the school's internship program. He learned professional skills and the ability to communicate and cooperate with manufacturers. Because of his excellent performance in the workplace, he was recognized by the company. His current monthly salary and bonus range from NT$50,000 to NT$60,000.

Ting-Chen Gan not only obtained nearly ten professional certificates in her four years at school, but also won the championship in the "Cross-Strait Tourism Cup Tour Planning Competition". She actively cultivated her soft skills for the workplace during her studies! After graduation, she crossed over to learn about the technology industry. She used her competition and presentation skills that she had cultivated in the four years of university to get interviews with TSMC and LCY Semiconductor. She is currently an IT engineer and uses her own experience to encourage her younger students to seize the resources during their studies and cultivate their problem-solving and strong adaptability skills. No matter what field they go into, they can show their professionalism!
