[Oct 28th 2023]CHU establishes a sister school partnership with the Peace University of Vietnam- Hoping to nurture science and technology industry talents through exchanges between the two schools!
The Peace University of Vietnam recently led a delegation to visit CHU. During the visit, they toured the College of Computer Science and Information Engineering, the AI+ Experience Center, the College of Tourism's internship hotel, and other learning facilities. Seeing the professional and well-equipped teaching resources and the beautiful natural environment on campus, Board Chairman Wenyu Nguyen praised that among the many universities in Taiwan they visited, CHU left him the most profound impression!

CHU President Victor Liu stated that CHU, located near Hsinchu Science Park, is responsible for providing a substantial labor force. Over the years, the College of Computer and Electrical Engineering and the other five colleges at CHU have maintained close interactions with the Hsinchu Science Park. The campus has also nurtured numerous outstanding alums who excel in their fields. In addition to focusing on students' professional learning, the university greatly emphasizes cultivating students' moral character. The goal is for students to become valuable members of society after four years of university education, and they look forward to fostering strong communication and exchange with Peace University.

Peace University President Yu-Hsing Su expressed his gratitude during the visit, acknowledging the assistance provided by professors and relevant departments at CHU, which has facilitated cooperation between the two schools. He does not doubt CHU's ability to nurture talent in the semiconductor industry, especially after witnessing the operation of the intelligent unmanned store in the AI+ Experience Center. He is very interested and hopes that future collaboration can help Peace University promote the field of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in Vietnam.
