Corey Garcia, a sophomore in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Hua University (CHU), is a foreign student from Belize, a Central American diplomatic country to Republic of China. He decided to travel 15,000 kilometers to Taiwan to study at the height of the epidemic two years ago. He hopes to contribute to solar power generation in his hometown after his graduation from CHU.
