Zhang Chengen (the one in gray), a junior student in the Landscape Architecture Department of Chung Hua University, the youngest person in Taiwan who took over the post of Director General of the Xiangshan Community Development Association as a volunteer at the age of 21.

Zhang Chengen, when he was a sophomore, applied through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching Program of the Ministry of Education and obtained a subsidy of NT $100,000, and established "Ecosphere" Co., Ltd. with 3 other students, engaged in woodworking design and production, and produced 5 dining cars for the school fair. Furthermore Zhang Chengen participated in the department's USR program (University Social Responsibility Practice), went deep into the countryside in Xinpu Town, Hsinchu County, and actively carried out various community building work.
