High Employment Rate. High Salary. High Corporate Satisfaction.

[April 27th, 2022] Chung Hua University held a job fair on campus on April 26, and more than 80 manufacturers released nearly 3,500 job vacancies.

Unaffected by the epidemic this year, on April 26, more than 80 manufacturers released nearly 3,500 vacancies. Many well-known technology companies, department stores, and other jobs in the catering, electronics, finance and insurance industries set up booths at the school.

Victor Liu, President of Chung Hua University, pointed that our school is positioned as an employment-oriented university, and its goal is to prepare students for employment in four years. In addition to professional subjects, the school also actively trains students in all aspects of life and various abilities.

In order to cultivate students to have high-paying employment after graduation, the school also encourages students to participate in international exchange activities, to expand their international horizons, and to cultivate students’ social care ability. The most important thing is to cultivate students’ professional application ability, including cross-disciplinary learning, professional license examination, programming and AI application, etc.

Finally, our school President Victor Liu also thanked the Taoyuan-Hsinchu- Milaoli Branch of Workplace Development Agency, the Department of Labor Affairs Hsinchu City Government, the Hsinchu Employment Center, and representatives of all manufacturers for their guidance and support. The employment fair has been held in Chung Hua University for the 8th consecutive year, and it is very popular with students every year.

In addition, Chung Hua University has a career placement service center which is specifically designed to assist students with honing their job skills, identifying and working toward career goals, finding suitable careers, getting referrals to employers, and boosting networking skills. The Center for Career Education helps students and alumni to develop the key competencies necessary to make informed decisions and take the necessary steps to achieve their career goals. CHU’s career placement service center also provides job interview training, one-on-one career counseling and resume development, apprenticeship programs, and employment-related workshops for students. In addition, CHU’s career placement service center establishes connections and facilitates interaction among undergraduate students, graduate students, alumni, employers, and organizations to generate opportunities that help students pursue their personal and professional objectives.  All these factors contribute to the likelihood of CHU students finding high paying jobs.
