Office of Research and Development 　 The Office of Research and Development is in charge of promotion, integration and elevation of the programs and quality of academic research at the University. Its tasks are listed as follows: 1. Maintaining and amending research and development related by-laws and regulations. 2. Integrating research resources to encourage researches campus-wide. 3. Implementing the research evaluation for all school faculty members. 4. Planning and utilizing the surplus of research projects. 5.
